The Truckee Donner Chamber’s Annual Awards Dinner and Pandora’s Auction held October 29, 2013 at The Resort at Squaw Creek was a great success. With over 250 people in attendance, it was an evening of fun, entertainment and recognition of their peers.

Awards were presented to recognize local businesses or members who have exemplified outstanding involvement in the community and its issues, those who have contributed significantly to our economy and local labor market, or have shown staying power and growth in our business community.

As part of a collaborative public-private marketing initiative, the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce is seeking an agency to conduct a branding process and analysis, and develop a robust, comprehensive website. The goal of this project is to integrate an economic development focus into an existing tourism message in order to position Truckee as not only a great place to visit, but also a desirable place to live, work AND play thereby attracting talent and business that will grow the community.
